Terms & Conditions — buntogel Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and buntogel (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the online gaming platform accessible at https://buntogel.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or otherwise using any product or service offered by buntogel, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

"Wager" / "Bet"	Any amount of real-money funds staked by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available on the platform.
"Bonus Funds"	Credits awarded to a Player as part of a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals or access certain platform features.
"MYR"	Malaysian Ringgit — the official currency of Malaysia and the sole operational currency of the buntogel platform.
"Wagering Requirement"	The minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
"Prohibited Activity"	Any action by a Player that violates the terms set out in Section 8 of this Agreement, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and use of automated software.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on buntogel, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. buntogel enforces a strict minimum age policy in accordance with internationally accepted responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting services.
2. You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only, and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
3. You do not hold any existing active account on the buntogel platform. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of buntogel or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by buntogel for a breach of these Terms.
6. You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

All Players must complete the buntogel registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete information at every field. You warrant that the information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is true and correct. Any material misrepresentation during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is a mandatory requirement for all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification document (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or copy of the e-wallet account (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) or bank account statement used for deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name.

buntogel reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point. KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) business hour during standard operating hours. Players are advised to ensure documents are clearly photographed and unobscured. Blurred, cropped, or edited documents will not be accepted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

buntogel accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u (Maybank), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and cryptocurrency (USDT and BTC, converted to MYR at prevailing rates). No other payment methods are accepted.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction (unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer).
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits applicable to your account.
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow) are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes to be confirmed.
• buntogel does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified.
• All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the buntogel account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved. First-time withdrawal requests may require additional processing time of up to two (2) business hours.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow. Bank transfers may require up to two (2) business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• buntogel reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of a standard security review, particularly for first-time large withdrawals or unusual transaction patterns.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

buntogel offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. The general principles governing all bonuses on the buntogel platform are set out below:

• Each promotional offer is available once per Player, household, device, and IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific multiplier of which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not utilised or wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• buntogel reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, including revoking bonus funds that have not yet been wagered, where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or where an error in the offer terms is discovered.
• Players who breach any provision of these Terms in connection with a bonus claim — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, abusing bonus mechanics, or providing false information — will forfeit all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and their accounts may be suspended.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates for slots, live casino, and sports betting will be disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All games and betting markets on buntogel are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between those game-specific rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that particular game. These Terms shall govern all other matters.

By placing any wager on the buntogel platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. buntogel does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed wager under any circumstances, except where explicitly permitted under the specific rules of a betting market (e.g., in-play bet cancellation windows).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, buntogel's transaction logs shall serve as the definitive record of the outcome. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system fault, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account balance.
• For sports betting markets: if an event is postponed, cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not proceed under normal conditions, all affected wagers will be settled as void and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules provide otherwise (e.g., football matches completed within a 12-hour window of the original kick-off time may be settled on the original betting lines).
• Errors in odds or game payouts — including manifestly incorrect odds caused by human error, data feed failure, or technical fault — are not binding on buntogel. Bets placed on erroneous odds may be voided at buntogel's sole discretion, and stakes returned to the Player's account.
• buntogel's random number generators (RNGs) are regularly audited to ensure fairness. All slot and RNG-based table game outcomes are produced by certified, tamper-proof systems.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the buntogel platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any fraudulent transaction or to launder proceeds of any criminal activity. buntogel complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Multiple Account Registration: Creating or operating more than one account on the platform, whether in your own name, under a false identity, or through a third party.
• Automated Software and Bots: Using any automated betting system, bot, script, software, or algorithm to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, share hole cards in live poker, or fix outcomes in any manner.
• Arbitrage and Odds Exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, promotional mechanics, or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play and for the primary purpose of generating risk-free profit.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to deposits made on the platform. Any balance associated with a chargeback account will be frozen pending investigation.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your engagement with the platform.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the buntogel platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the buntogel platform — including but not limited to the buntogel brand name, logo, graphical assets, game interfaces, software, page layouts, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of buntogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No part of the platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, transmitted, or used in any form or by any means — whether electronic, mechanical, or otherwise — without the express prior written consent of buntogel. Unauthorised use of any platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the buntogel platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, copy, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, buntogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings or expected winnings due to technical malfunction, network disruption, or system outage;
• Errors in game data, sports event results, or odds information supplied by third-party data providers;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers (including Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, or FPX);
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials;
• Any losses arising from your decision to wager on the platform, given that gambling is inherently a risk-bearing activity.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, buntogel's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

buntogel collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Account Suspension & Termination

buntogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player's account has been used to engage in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8;
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, security, or regulatory compliance;
• The Player has initiated an unauthorised chargeback on a deposit transaction;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age at any point during their registration or use of the platform.

Upon account termination for cause, buntogel reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where account closure occurs at the Player's own voluntary request and no breach of Terms has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Amendments to These Terms

buntogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a prominent notification displayed upon login. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and, if you wish, request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Governing Law
